Mission Statement
The Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy is committed to providing a forum for the discussion of mutual problems related to the science and practice of behavior analysis and therapy, to exchanging information on training experiences, ideas, and methods, and to stimulating and maintaining interest in behavior analysis/behavior therapy.
The Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy is an affiliated chapter of the Association for Behavior Analysis .
The Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy Annual Conference
Every year since 1979 the Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy has hosted a conference for professionals, students, and persons interested in the areas of behavior analysis, autism, developmental disabilities, ethics, behavioral medicine, staff development, and more. In past years the conference has drawn many of the most prominent names in behavior analysis as featured speakers, and this coming year is no exception.
The 29th Annual Conference will be October 16th and 17th, 2008, at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Invited speakers include Keith D. Allen, Mark R. Dixon, Wayne W. Fisher, Philip N. Hineline, Linda A. LeBlanc, Sam Leigland, M. Jackson Marr, Jay C. Moore, Jack Michael, Caio F. Miguel, David C. Palmer, Dennis H. Reid, Peter Sturmey, Bridget A. Taylor, and David P. Wacker.
