The BABAT Student Relations Committee is pleased to announce the 2009 B.F. Skinner Student Poster Competition!
With the generosity of the B.F. Skinner Foundation, $1,000 in awards will be presented to three student presenters at the 2009 BABAT Conference Poster Session. Student poster submitters will be contacted by the BABAT Conference Planning Committee to inquire about the students' willingness to be considered for the award. The deadline for all poster submissions is August 1, 2009.
Award details include:
- Open to any student (or individuals less than one year post-graduation)
- Student must qualify as first author
- Student must be present at the poster session to answer questions
- Judged by David Palmer (Smith College) and Katherine Johnson (Advances Learning Center) on behalf of the B.F. Skinner Foundation, along with a BABAT representative
- Three award winners
- First prize: $500
- Second prize: $200
- Third prize: $100
