Professional Bio
Dr. Lisa Tereshko, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LABA is the Assistant Dean of Research for The
Institute of Applied Behavioral Science at Endicott College. Lisa received her bachelor’s
degree with a major in psychology and minor in education from Western New England
University, a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University,
and her doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Endicott College under the
mentorship of Dr. Mary Jane Weiss. Lisa has over 20 years of experience working with
children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and other intellectual
and behavioral disorders in schools, homes, and residential settings. Her research
interests include functional behavior assessments, compassionate feeding interventions,
sustainability, and increasing effective practices in higher education for increased learning
and belonging in which she has published peer-reviewed articles, books, and chapters. She
also has numerous presentations at local, national, and international conferences on such
topics. She serves on committees at BABAT and ASAT, is on the editorial board of Behavior
Analysis in Practice, and is a Senior Advisor for the ABA Climate Coalition.
